A rare offering of this Siberian Provisional Administration piece. A knight representing Russia is seen as the central vignette on the front of the note, and the right side of the note shows the denomination enshrouded by a double eagle seal. PMG comments "Previously Mounted, Small Piece Missing," which is visible on the top left border of the note. This is the only certified example of the Pick S1193b on the PMG census, likely because most other examples are extremely disastrous, where this may be one of, if not the finest known examples.
