A specimen of a French Guiana 1000 Francs note which is in a high grade of Superb Gem Uncirculated with exceptional paper quality. Three hole punches where the signatures would be and the word "SPECIMEN" is stamped over the "Le Caissier" printing. Two allegorical women are on the front of the note, with a woman representing Liberty is seen on the back of the note. Rich green inking stand out on the front of the note, and a bronze color on the back of the note is still has wonderful appeal. One of the finer examples of the type we have offered.
