Printed by ABNC. Attractive color and detail with the front displaying an allegorical woman at the center and the denomination on each side surrounded by a colorful guilloche design. The reverse displays liberty at the center and an intricate design. Only 5 examples graded by PMG with only 1 note graded higher.
