COSTA RICA. Banco de Costa Rica. 5 Colones, 1905. P-S173b. PMG Very Good 10.
A run of 20,000 Serie B notes were issued on July 1, 1908, S/N B 06405. The front has an allegorical woman at the center with the denomination on each side. The back has an intricate design with the Banco de Costa Rica building at the center along with the denomination on each side. Only example graded by PMG of this type.
