Harbin, error mismatched serial number 0601842 on the obverse and 0601843 on the reverse. Blue, hillside village scene at centre, reverse brown on green, English text and printed manuscript signatures. A fairly scarce note anyway, even more so in this SECOND HIGHEST grade in the PMG population report let alone also as an ERROR NOTE! A spectacular note in every way.
