A lovely set of matched serial number 39 $2 star notes all autographed in green ink by Rosario Marin - Treasurer of the United States. Each note in the lot came from the BEPs $2 2003 Single Star Note promotion. The lot consists of three - Choice 63 EPQs; C*, G*, and H*, three Choice 64 EPQs; A*, B*, and J*, four Gem 65 EPQs; D*, E*, F*, and I*, and two Gem 66 EPQs; K* and L*.
