A gorgeous "Green Eagle" note from the Philadelphia district that sits atop the PMG Population Report as the finest known. The margins of this piece are picture perfect and it looks like it was just printed yesterday. The bold, blue overprint contrasts well against the deep black inks of the face while the green back has plenty of eye appeal. Sure to achieve a strong realization given its wonderful appearance and originality.
