1999-P State Quarter. Delaware. Multi-Struck and Huge Broadstrike. MS-66 (PCGS).

Struck multiple times outside of the collar (broadstruck), the planchet has spread out and is void in two opposing locations. A fully lustrous example that is quite rare.
