1895-S Morgan Silver Dollar. MS-63 (PCGS). CAC.
Still recovering from the depths of the economic depression known as the Panic of 1893, output at the United States mints remained low through 1895. The mintage of 400,000 just gives a hint as to the rarity of this date, especially in Choice Mint State and finer grades. This example displays strong, vibrant luster, satiny fields and a warm frosted texture on the well struck devices. Wholesome, handsome, original, and worthy of its CAC endorsement.
