1860 Silver Three-Cent Piece. Proof-66 (NGC).
A highly reflective Gem Proof with richly toned surfaces that display bursts of bright electric-blue, sunset-gold and deep rose on the obverse, while the reverse is somewhat lighter with straw-gold and deep red tones circling a deep green center. A tiny Gem with a lot of eye appeal.
