DONALD SCHAEFER / MAYOR . 1972, date 1797 below, periphery inscribed 175TH ANNIVERSARY above, CITY OF BALTIMORE below. Rev: Ship at sea in center with tablet below inscribed LAUNCHED / SEPTEMBER 7, 1797, periphery inscribed U.S. FRIGATE CONSTELLATION above, 175TH ANNIVERSARY below. The medal number 8 is on the reverse below the tablet.
