GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Brunswick. 24 Mariengroschen (2/3 Taler), 1788-C. Zellerfeld Mint. Karl Wilhelm Ferdinand. PCGS AU-58.
KM-1022; Welter-2908. This example exhibits subdued luster on lilac gray surfaces with generous splashes of champagne, particularly in the protected areas. Though evenly struck, the Wild Man is softly rendered and the reverse is weak in the right central area.
