Rev: Exposition buildings within wreath, plaque inscribed MEDAL OF AWARD below, border inscribed with name, location and date of exposition. Accompanied by a tattered mailing envelope, with no stamp or postmark, but including the stamped return address of S.T. Zimmerman, P.O. Box 509, Jefferson City, Missouri. Additional handwritten notes on the front of the envelope include a description of the medal and what appears to be a provenance to a Cliff Smith of Kansas City, Missouri, December 10, 1952.
