No. 165. January 1863. Imprint of Duross Bros., Prs., Phila. Waving American flag at center. Ceres kneeling beside a Native American woman at left. Signed by Samuel L. Fithian. We know Samuel L. Fithian was a merchant in Absecon but not much else is known. PMG notes "Stains." Fully signed and issued. Rare as such.
