Description

Fr. 1935-L. 1976 $2 Federal Reserve Note. San Francisco. PMG Choice About Uncirculated 58. Binary-Radar-Rotator S/N.
This is the only $2 serial #10000001 in Issie's collection and would be necessary if you're trying to assemble a complete $1 - $100 denomination set all bearing serial number 10000001. This note came from the post service cancelled, stamp attached group, and is to the best of our knowledge, the example bearing serial #10000001. While the face centering is shifted, it is still in it's original state of issue, with the postal cancelled stamp attached to its face. PMG comments "First Day Stamp Cancel. April 13, 1976 - Seattle, WA".
From the Issie Chaimovitch Collection of Radars.

Estimate: $800.00- $1400.00
