We can find no record of this note appearing at auction. It is a real beauty with far above average margins, bright color and visible embossing. This is the only example of any solid 5's serial number on a twenty in today's auction, and you really couldn't ask for one in much better condition than this beauty. In the decades ahead we believe collectors will come to realize that these small head solid serial numbered notes get harder to find with each passing year vs. their re-designed big head replacements.
