KM-346; Ebner-15; KR-230. A VERY RARE issue, examples of this type seldom surface to market, with this being our first ever offering of the type. Brilliant rich luster shimmers and shines on the limitedly handled surfaces, and some golden toning is seen at the peripheral legends. A most pleasing example, and one that should captive all who look at it.
