CZECHOSLOVAKIA. Silver Medallic 10 Ducats, 1929. Kremnica Mint. NGC MS-65.
cf. Fr-8 (for gold issue); KMX-6; cf. Novotny-II.A (same). By O. Spaniel. Commemorating the 1,000th anniversary of Christianity in Bohemia. Obverse: St. Wenceslas standing facing, head left, holding banner and raising hand in benediction; Reverse: St. Wenceslas, holding banner, on horse trotting left; accompanying angel flying to left and right. Essentially blast white and fully argent, this Gem presents intense brilliance atop its mostly matte surfaces.
