Milford, Massachusetts. $1 1875. Fr. 383. The Home NB. Charter #2275. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
An important Massachusetts charter as it is known by a small trove of high-grade 1875 One Dollar notes. Sharp penned and primary details are seen at the banking signatures and throughout. Plentiful silk fibers at back center really help to add depth to the impressive central vignette of the Landing of the Pilgrims. PMG comments "Annotation", which is the printers signature in pencil.
