No. 12028. Signed by J. Read and J. Wilson. Printed by Hall and Sellers, 1778. Stepped pyramid of 13 levels representing the strength and unity of the 13 states. "PERENNIS" (Everlasting) in arc above. Three arrows appear on the back. Four full and ample borders with good inking on the front and emblem. Sharp legible signatures with attractive paper. The finest example yet graded by PMG. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
