CC-53. Continental Currency. November 2, 1776. $8. PMG Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ.
No. 62776. Signed by J. Walker and H. Johnson. Printed in Philadelphia by Hall and Sellers, 1776. 13-string harp emblem signifying the harmony between both the large and small colonies. (MAJORA MINORIBUS CONSONANT). This nearly perfectly-centered and printed note sits atop the PMG Pop by two full grades and is superior (as of 2018) to any graded by PCGS. Sharp clear signatures, bold embossing and wholly original paper certainly confirm PMG's Gem evaluation. PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
