Printed by BWC. This very rare specimen is available here in a gem state of preservation. It is the finer of only two recorded examples on the PMG census. Beautiful pink color with light green sprinkled within the lathe work. A striking vignette of an eagle pictured on the reverse. PMG Comments "Printer's Annotation." The only example recorded by PMG in any form.
