Description

CANADA. Bank of Canada. 25 Dollars, 1935. BC-11. PCGS Banknote Gem Uncirculated 66 PPQ.
Printed by CBNC. English text. Signature combination of J.A.C. Osborne and G.F. Towers. A sensational offering of this popular Silver Jubilee note. This note is Top Pop at PCGS Banknote, and a quick glance at PMG's population report shows they have graded one at this level with none finer. The margins are wide and even, giving this note a nice frame. The underprints are stunning in dark purple ink, and contrast nicely against the jet black primary design and red serial numbers. On the reverse of the note is a detailed depiction of Windsor Castle in dark purple ink. We have yet to offer this catalog number in this grade level to our bidders in our lengthy auction history, and we are pleased to finally have the opportunity today. Worthy of a premium bid, and expect a hard fought bidding war to take this stunner home. PCGS Banknote Pop 1/None Finer.
From the Mid-Continent Collection.

Estimate: $30000.00- $50000.00
