106.3 grains. Glossy reddish chocolate-brown surfaces with no roughness and just a sprinkling of tiny marks at the lower obverse. With its repunched I in DEI, this is the DEII listed in the Breen Encyclopedia, Breen-147. A popular variety and this is a significant grade, PCGS shows two VF-35s as the best currently graded otherwise.
