While this, and many Delaware issues from the issues of 1776-77 are often found in high grade, this superb gem nonetheless remains a delight to view. PCGS Banknote has graded only one in this grade, but in fairness we must mention that PMG has also graded one, with one finer, and according to the T&P census, PCGS Currency graded about a half dozen 67 PPQ's and one 68 PPQ.
