1902-S Liberty Head Double Eagle. MS-62 PL (PCGS).
Lively prooflike luster greets the viewer from both sides of this vivid golden-honey example. Boldly struck, as well, with superior eye appeal in a BU double eagle. Rare certified PL quality for this otherwise readily obtainable 20th century Liberty Head double eagle issue, and worthy of strong bids, as such.
PCGS# 810382. NGC ID: 26CV.
PCGS Population: just 3 in all grades in the PL category, two in MS-61 PL and the present example in MS-62 PL.
