This "B" position note last crossed the pubic auction block in our October 1991 Stacks sale. This note is one of only three Red Seal $5's available to collectors from this Montgomery County issuer. Bearing the coveted serial number of 1, it was surely tucked away by a bank employee and never saw actual circulation. Good eye appeal of the ink and large signed signatures.
