One of only two 65 EPQ's graded by PMG with none finer, this Gem star 1928 Gold Certificate $20 represents a true treasure for the small-size collector. Well centered with bright paper, bold gold overprints, jet black design details and rich embossing, this note has clearly earned its Gem status from PMG. This example, in our opinion, is superior in than the other PMG 65 as this note displays far better centering both front and back.
