Fr. 955b. 1914 Red Seal $20 Federal Reserve Note. Cleveland. PMG Extremely Fine 40.
An exceptionally nice note for an EF 40, which to our eyes, would face up well as an AU. That said, there are no Uncirculated notes graded from either of the major services, and the T&P census records only four graded higher, two 45s and two 55s. Given the appearance of this note, we maintain it is among the finest available. Be sure to inspect this one!
