Any offerings of this iconic Porthole design in Choice Uncirculated grades are always a treat. This note possesses fully original paper throughout attested to by the "EPQ," designation assigned by PMG. Stunning blue overprints accent the front. The centering seems to be the sole limiting factor in the grade, being a bit tighter at the bottom.
