Fr. 224. 1896 $1 Silver Certificate. PMG Choice Uncirculated 63.
A nice mid-uncirculated grade for the popular Educational $1, the note sports attractive paper, good overprinting and four clear margins. PMG noted "Pinholes" on the back of the holder, but we were unable to locate them with the note sealed inside. According to the T&P census, this note was last sold by Stack's in October, 1991. PMG comments "Pinholes".
