Printed by C.R. & G. Webster of Albany, NY. Lavish border cuts seen on all sides with a wide left indent. Signed by Samuel DeRiemer. Samuel Babington DeRiemer was born in New York City in 1768. Above the state is stated "Babington's Patent." The obligation states "On demand, the bearer shall receive one penny at my stores at Fort-Hunter, Marlett's-Bush or Caughnawaga." PCGS Banknote cites "Backed; Splits, stains."
