With a bold date that includes a crisp, clear 7 underdigit, this is a wholesome circulated example of an elusive and eagerly sought Buffalo nickel variety. All other major design elements are bold for the grade. The otherwise silver-gray surfaces have olive-russet highlights in the protected areas.
