Description

1806 Draped Bust Half Dollar. O-109, T-15. Rarity-1. Pointed 6, Stem Not Through Claw. EF-40 (PCGS).
Predominantly medium silver-gray surfaces with warmer peripheral highlights that are more pronounced on the reverse. Smooth in hand in the absence of sizeable marks, we even note faint traces of mint luster as the surfaces dip into a light. A suitably bold and aesthetically pleasing EF that would represent the type, date or die pairing in a wide variety of collections. Tompkins Die Stage 1/1.
