1893-S Morgan Silver Dollar. EF-40 (PCGS).
The extreme demand that this key date issue enjoys among advanced Morgan dollar collectors ensures that multiple offerings in any given auction event always meet with strong bidder competition. We certainly anticipate such for the present EF coin. It is a lightly to moderately toned example dressed in iridescent golden-apricot that is a bit bolder on the reverse. Both sides retain appreciable mint luster, the design elements with plenty of sharp striking detail remaining to the more protected features. Sure to find its way into a date and mint set of American's favorite silver dollar series.
