HGC-2, 1400; Pegasi-2; SNG ANS-494-507. Obverse: Pegasos flying left; Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena right. A charming toned Stater with an impressively bold and intact Pegasus on its obverse. The reverse is just as well-struck, though marred somewhat by some noted flan flaws. An overall highly original and attractive example of the type.
