Kienast-410. By K. Goetz. Diameter: 36mm. Obverse: Facing bust of Otto von Bismarck; Reverse: Shamrock set upon oak wreath. A VERY RARE and seldom encountered offering in gold, this medal celebrates the 30th anniversary of the death of the statesman, so instrumental in the German politics of the second half of the prior century. Matte and highly lustrous, with an olive-yellow hue to the gold.
