GERMANY. Brunswick-Luneburg: Wolfenbuttel. 1/2 Taler, 1557. Goslar Mint; mm: two flowers. Heinrich "the Younger". PCGS EF-45.
KM (MB)-95; Welter-405. A fairly RARE and seldom seen minor, this example exhibits pleasing detail remaining with the Duke wearing the Collar of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Lightly toned, with a hint of off-centering to the wildman side and with a minor planchet crack in front of the Duke's bust.
