Tied with one other example for the finest certified example yet seen by NGC, this tremendous example of the always popular Skanderbeg commemorative is about as close to flawless as one could reasonably expect for any early 20th Century European issue. Radiant and sparkling luster shimmers throughout and the luster is wholly unbroken by contact.
