COSTA RICA. Military Payment Certificate. 7 Pesos, 1856. P-Unlisted. Extremely Fine.
Dated June 11, 1856. Commander Jose J. Mora. Issued during the war against American William Walker, when he tried to overthrow the government of Nicaragua. A coalition of Central American countries disposed of Walker. A neat piece of history. Edge wear. Pinholes.
