Printed by Lith. Sedille & Cie., Paris. Signature of Tomas Mochado. This is the plate note for Billetes de Venezuela by Richard Rosenman. A highly scarce catalog number to acquire, as just to have been encapsulated by PMG. PMG has graded a VF25 note, and this monster AU50, which proudly sits atop the population report. Dark red undertint with jet black design. PMG comments "Spindle Holes". PMG Pop 1/None Finer.
