Printed by TDLR. Specimen No. 34. Dual red TDLR stamps with red specimen overprint. Triple punch cancellations. This is the sole 50 Bolivars specimen graded by PMG for the 1953 TDLR series. from which the portrait of Simon Bolivar was controversial. PMG comments "Previously Mounted". PMG Pop 1/No Others Graded.
