Printed by TDLR. This is the plate note for the book Billetes de Venezuela by Richard Rosenman. An elusive issued example of this August 21st, 1952 dated TDLR produced 20 Bolivares. These "Bolivar feo" notes were quickly withdrawn from circulation, due to the unpopular vignette of Simon Bolivar.
