Fr-16; KM-50. A pleasant Mint State example, this Peruvian 8 Escudos delivers impressive details and a shimmering canary golden luster throughout. Some light friction accounts for the grade assigned, though this does little to dampen the overall beauty of the piece, and the surfaces are far less pockmarked than one might expect for the grade assigned. An appealing specimen that would serve any collector of Latin American gold well.
