RIC-656; Woytek-548v. Obverse: Laureate and draped bust right; Reverse: Trajan seated right on sella castrensis set on high platform, with two officers at his side, haranguing a group of soldiers who hold two signa and aquila. A popular type with a very ambitious and well executed reverse, this deep green example offers clear detail throughout and is undoubtedly worthy of its fine style distinction.
