RIC-12; RSC-4. Obverse: Bare head of Caligula right; Reverse: Bare head of Germanicus right. A great Julio-Claudian type, this specimen features the heads of then-Roman emperor Caligula along with his father, Germanicus, who predeceased him in A.D. 19. Evenly handled and pleasingly toned, this specimen is fairly RARE and highly desirable when encountered so pleasing and virtually without issue.
