HGC-4, 1848; Pegasi-402; BCD Corinth-115. Obverse: Pegasos flying left; Reverse: Helmeted head of Athena left; A below chin, Thessalian helmet to right. Displaying only light wear upon the high points, this charming and engaging issue from the popular series of "Pegasos staters" inspired a similar design which circulated in many other city-states at the time.
