A handsome Series 1929 example on this scarcer Queens bank. It opened in 1922 but only lasted for a dozen years before the receiver paid an unkind visit in 1934. Benjamin W. Hitchcock and Charles C. Denton created Ozone Park from Queens farmland in 1882. First, the railroad, then the Fulton Street El, brought many people to settle in Ozone Park.
