California--San Francisco. PAT. APD. FOR / SAN FRANCISCO . CA. on the obverse and PAT. APD. FOR on the reverse of an 1892-O Barber half dollar. VG details--Private Counterstamp (NGC).

There is more to the obverse counterstamp, but only the letters CLO and RAC are (faintly) legible curving above PAT. APD. FOR on that side, which is also faint in the center.
