185 mm x 164 mm. This uniface plaque is signed FRASER at the top right. The design is of Harry Payne Whitney's two children, Flora and Sonny Boy (Cornelius) Whitney, riding their ponies to the left. An idyllic childhood scene from the turn of the last century. With suspension wire on the back. American sculptor James Earle Fraser is best known to numismatists as the designer of the iconic Buffalo nickel (1913-1938).
